Quotes are estimates, not binding contracts
Any quote we provide is a good-faith estimate based on the details you share. It does not constitute a binding offer or a contract. Final pricing, availability, and terms are confirmed only in a written order accepted by our team, and remain subject to:
- Confirmation of quantity, size, and grade;
- Current inventory and availability;
- Inspection of any pallets you're selling to us;
- Delivery location, access, and scheduling.
We'll never change an agreed price after the fact without telling you, but a quote by itself does not obligate either of us until an order is confirmed.
