We operate from a single yard at 5748 Este Ave in Cincinnati and run our own fleet — so a delivery window is a promise we control, not a broker's estimate.
Because everything routes through one location, we can combine your delivery, buy-back pickup, or removal with runs already passing through your area. That keeps costs down and timing tight across Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana. Whether you need a single bundle dropped off or a truckload of surplus hauled away, it moves on our trucks, on our schedule.

Delivery radius, in plain terms
Regular delivery, buy-back pickup, and removal cover the full OH-KY-IN tri-state on our own fleet. For truckload quantities, we travel farther — the larger the order, the wider the radius we'll run. Smaller orders are easiest when we can fold them into a route already passing through your area, so it's always worth sending your ZIP even if you're on the outer edge of the map.

What area do you cover?
Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana — the OH-KY-IN tri-state. That spans Hamilton, Butler, and Warren Counties in Ohio; Kenton, Boone, and Campbell Counties in Kentucky; and Dearborn and Ohio Counties in Indiana. We run our own trucks out of our Este Ave yard in Cincinnati.
Do you deliver to my town if it's not listed?
Very likely. The cities we name are hubs, not limits — our routes reach the towns between and around them, and truckload orders travel well beyond our regular radius. Send your ZIP with a quote request and we'll confirm coverage and timing the same way we answer everything: by email, within one business day.
How far will you travel for delivery or pickup?
Regular delivery and buy-back pickup runs cover the tri-state on our own fleet. For truckload quantities we go farther — the bigger the order, the wider the reach. Smaller orders are easy to combine with existing routes through your area.
How does scheduling work?
Email us your location, what you need (delivery, buy-back pickup, removal, or a haul), and rough volume. We reply within one business day with timing. Most Greater Cincinnati jobs land within the same week — many within 1–5 days — scheduled around your dock hours.
Can I pick up at the yard instead?
Yes. You're welcome to collect from our yard at 5748 Este Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232. Let us know when you're coming so we can have your order staged and ready.
Do you offer standing routes for high-volume sites?
Yes. Warehouses and manufacturers that generate or consume pallets regularly can set up recurring pickups and deliveries, so surplus never piles up and stock never runs short.
