What you can ask to have moved
Ask for fresh pallets delivered to your dock, surplus and empties collected, or pallets moved between your own facilities. One request can cover several of these.

Why combine trips
Empty return legs are wasted money and wasted emissions. Pairing a delivery with a pickup of your empties means one trip does two jobs.

What area is covered?
Requests from Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana; availability depends on partner suppliers. Include your location in your request.
Can pallets be moved between our two warehouses?
You can ask for that. Include both locations and the volume in your request.
Can empties be picked up on a delivery?
You can ask for a delivery and a pickup on the same trip, which can cost less than two separate runs.
How are deliveries scheduled around our dock?
Say what windows work for your receiving dock in your request, and the reply will work around them. For recurring deliveries, ask for a set schedule.
Is there a phone number for dispatch?
No. Cincinnati Pallet is a referral service: requests go through the form, and the partner supplier handling the job arranges timing with you by email.
Can transport be bundled with buying or selling pallets?
Yes. Delivery and pickup can be part of a buy, sell, or removal request, so one reply covers the pallets and the transport together.
