Logistics & Transport

Pallets are heavy, bulky, and always needed somewhere else. Our fleet and routing keep them flowing — into your operation, between your locations, and back around the loop.

The short answer

We run our own trucks, so delivery and pickup aren't afterthoughts — they're core service. We move pallets to your dock, between your sites, and back to our yard for recycling across the Greater Cincinnati tri-state region.

Why us

What you get

Fifteen years of doing this in Cincinnati, distilled into a service you can rely on.

  • Company-owned fleet, not brokered gambles
  • Delivery, pickup, and inter-site transfers
  • Efficient routing lowers cost and CO₂
  • Tri-state coverage: OH, KY, IN
  • Coordinated with your dock schedule
  • Combined delivery-and-pickup runs to cut empty miles
  • A real point of contact, not black-box dispatch
  • Backhaul empties on the same trip you take a delivery

Why owning the trucks matters

When a pallet company brokers its freight, delivery windows slip and accountability evaporates. We run our own trucks and drivers, so when we commit to a window, we own it.

Owned logistics also lets us close the loop efficiently: the same truck that delivers fresh pallets can collect your empties on the way back, cutting both your cost and the carbon of an empty return leg.

It also means one accountable point of contact who knows your dock, not a rotating cast of brokered carriers. That's the difference fifteen-plus years of running our own routes across Cincinnati makes.

What we move for you

Logistics here isn't a bolt-on — it's how pallets flow through the whole operation. We deliver fresh stock to your dock, collect surplus and empties, and shuttle pallets between your own facilities.

Because we plan routes to combine stops, a single run can drop off new pallets, pick up your empties, and swing a load between two of your warehouses — one truck, minimum miles.

  • Delivery of recycled, new, and custom pallets to your dock
  • Pickup of surplus, empty, and broken pallets
  • Inter-site shuttling between your warehouses or plants
  • Backhaul of empties on the same trip as a delivery
  • Scheduled recurring routes matched to your throughput
  • Truckload moves that can reach beyond the routine tri-state area

Routing that cuts cost and carbon

Empty return legs are wasted money and wasted emissions. By batching stops and pairing outbound deliveries with return pickups, we keep trucks full in both directions.

That efficiency shows up on your invoice and in your footprint — fewer miles per pallet moved, coordinated to land in your dock schedule rather than whenever a broker gets around to it.

Good questions

Logistics & Transport FAQ

What area do you cover?

Greater Cincinnati and the OH-KY-IN tri-state — Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana included — for routine runs; truckload moves can reach farther. Email us your location and we'll confirm.

Can you move pallets between our two warehouses?

Yes — inter-site pallet shuttling is a standard part of our logistics service, and we'll route it to combine with a delivery or pickup where possible.

Do you broker the freight or run your own trucks?

Our own trucks and drivers. That's the point — owned logistics means we own the delivery window and give you one accountable contact, not a brokered gamble.

Can you pick up our empties when you deliver?

Yes, and it's the smart way to do it. The same truck that drops fresh pallets can backhaul your empties, cutting your cost and the carbon of an empty return leg.

How do you schedule deliveries around our dock?

We coordinate windows with your receiving schedule and give you a real point of contact. Standing customers get set recurring windows that match their throughput.

Is there a phone number for dispatch?

No phone — everything runs by email so there's a written record of every window and change. Email info@cincinnatipallet.com and we reply within one business day, no phone spam.

Can logistics be bundled with buying or selling pallets?

That's usually how it works. Delivery and pickup are core to our buy, sell, and removal services, so one arrangement can cover the pallets and the transport together.

Let's put your pallets back to work.

Buying, selling, recycling, or hauling — one form, one business-day reply, zero phone tag.
