What you can buy
One conversation covers your whole pallet need. We stock recycled Grade A and Grade B, supply brand-new stringer and block pallets, and build custom skids and export crates — so you're not juggling three vendors.

What's the minimum I can buy?
One bundle. There's no need to commit to a truckload to work with us.
Can you hold a standing weekly order?
Yes — recurring deliveries on a set schedule are our most popular arrangement for busy docks. We match the cadence to your throughput so you never run short.
How do I get a quote?
Email info@cincinnatipallet.com with size, grade, and quantity. We check live yard inventory and reply the same business day with per-unit and delivered pricing. There's no phone line — no phone spam, just a written quote you can forward.
Do I have to know the grade I need?
No. Describe the load, how it's handled, and whether it goes on racking, and we'll recommend the right grade — usually the least expensive one that does the job safely.
How fast is delivery?
Most Greater Cincinnati orders go out within the same week on our own trucks, which also cover Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana. Standing orders run on a set schedule.
Can you supply pallets for export?
Yes — we stock and build ISPM-15 heat-treated (HT) pallets with the proper stamp for international shipments. Tell us the destination and we'll confirm compliance.
Can I buy new and recycled on the same order?
Yes. We supply recycled, new, and custom pallets, so you can mix grades and types on one delivery instead of splitting it across vendors.
