Sell Us Your Pallets
Empty pallets stacking up by the dock aren't clutter — they're inventory you can sell. We buy them by the bundle or the trailer-load and take the hauling off your hands.
We pay cash for used pallets in volume. Send us photos and rough counts by size and condition, we quote a per-pallet price, then schedule a pickup with our own trucks. Your surplus becomes revenue instead of a disposal bill.

Why us
What you get
Fifteen years of doing this in Cincinnati, distilled into a service you can rely on.
- Competitive per-pallet pricing
- We supply the truck and the labor
- Recurring pickups for high-volume sites
- Cleaner, safer, less-cluttered yard
- Landfill diversion you can report on
- We buy broken pallets too — no sorting required on your end
- Photo-and-count quotes by email, no site visit needed to start
- Turns a disposal cost into revenue
What we pay for — and what we take either way
48×40 GMA pallets in reusable condition earn the highest price. Off-sizes and repairable cores still have value. Even broken pallets are worth collecting — we recycle the wood, so you avoid disposal fees.
For manufacturers and distributors generating pallets continuously, we set up recurring buy-back pickups so the pile never builds up in the first place.
You don't have to sort or grade anything. Stack them where a forklift and truck can reach, send a rough count, and we handle the rest. Mixed piles are welcome.
- 48×40 GMA in reusable condition — pays best
- Off-size and specialty pallets — still valued by the piece
- Repairable cores — worth money even if they need work
- Block and Euro / EPAL pallets — often in demand
- Broken and mixed pallets — collected and recycled, no disposal fee
- Pallet collars and reusable boxes — ask, we may buy those too
How the buy-back works
Getting a quote is quick and doesn't need a site visit. Photograph your stacks, count roughly by size and condition, and email it over. We reply within one business day with a per-pallet buy price.
Agree on the number and we schedule a pickup on one of our routes — our truck, our labor. You get paid and your yard gets its space back. High-volume sites move to a recurring route so pallets never pile up again.
Turn a cost center into cash
Most operations treat empty pallets as a disposal problem — paying by the ton to bury reusable hardwood in a roll-off. Selling them flips that: the same pile becomes revenue, and the reusable ones re-enter our recycled stream instead of a landfill.
For businesses tracking sustainability metrics, we can document the diversion so the pallets you sell also count toward your ESG reporting.
Good questions
Sell Us Your Pallets FAQ
How much do you pay per pallet?
It depends on size, grade, and quantity — 48×40s in good shape pay best. Pricing is volume-based; email photos and counts and we'll quote a firm per-pallet number within one business day.
Do I need a full truckload to sell?
No. We'll quote smaller lots too, and combine pickups along our routes to make even modest quantities worth collecting.
Do I have to sort the pallets first?
No. Mixed and unsorted piles are fine — just stack them where a forklift and truck can reach. We sort and grade on our end.
Will you take broken pallets?
Yes. Broken and unrepairable pallets don't earn a buy price, but we'll still haul them and recycle the wood, so you skip the disposal fee. Often they can be bundled with your sellable pallets on one pickup.
How do I get an offer without a site visit?
Photograph the stacks, count roughly by size and condition, and email info@cincinnatipallet.com. That's usually enough for a firm per-pallet quote — no phone call, no site visit to start.
Can you set up recurring pickups?
Yes. High-volume manufacturers and distributors put us on a recurring route so pallets are collected and paid for on a schedule and never accumulate into a hazard.
What areas do you buy in?
Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana on our regular routes. Ask about your location — larger lots can justify a longer run.
