Pallet Removal & Cleanup

A mountain of broken pallets is a safety hazard, a fire-code problem, and an eyesore. We make it disappear — and unlike a dumpster service, we recycle every board and pay for the good ones.

The short answer

We remove surplus and broken pallets from your site — one-time cleanouts or recurring scheduled pickups. Everything we haul is recycled, and reusable pallets in the pile can earn you a buy-back credit instead of a hauling fee.

Cheaper than a dumpster, better for everyone

Throwing pallets in a roll-off means paying by weight to bury reusable hardwood. Our removal service is often cheaper — and when your pile contains sellable pallets, it can even net you money.

High-volume sites love the recurring option: we show up on a set schedule so pallets never accumulate to a hazard again.

And unlike a general junk hauler, everything we take is recycled through our own yard — reused, repaired, remanufactured, or ground. You clear the pile and divert 100% of the wood in one move.

Why a pallet pile is worth clearing

A growing stack of broken pallets isn't just ugly — it's a genuine liability. Loose nails and split boards are an injury risk, dry stacked wood is a fire-code concern, and a cluttered dock slows every load in and out.

Clearing it on a schedule keeps the yard safe, compliant, and moving. For many sites the recurring pickup pays for itself in avoided hazards and reclaimed dock space alone.

  • Broken and split pallets that are a trip-and-nail hazard
  • Surplus good pallets crowding the dock or yard
  • Mixed, tangled, and unsorted piles — we sort on our end
  • Post-project or seasonal cleanouts
  • Off-size and specialty pallets you can't reuse
  • Recurring accumulation at busy shipping and receiving docks

One-time cleanout or a standing route

Need a pile gone once? We'll schedule a one-time cleanout — tell us the rough volume and access details and our crew and trucks handle the load-out.

Generating pallets continuously? Put us on a recurring route so the pile never returns. Either way, reusable pallets in the mix can earn a buy-back credit that offsets the removal cost.

Good questions

Pallet Removal & Cleanup FAQ

How fast can you remove pallets?

For local sites we can often schedule within a few business days; recurring routes run on a fixed schedule. Email us the volume and access and we'll confirm a window within one business day.

Is removal cheaper than a dumpster?

Frequently, yes — especially when reusable pallets in the pile offset the cost or earn a buy-back credit. You also avoid paying by weight to bury reusable wood.

Do I need to sort the pallets before pickup?

No. Broken, mixed, and tangled piles are fine — just stack them where our forklift and truck can reach. We sort, grade, and recycle everything on our end.

What happens to the pallets you remove?

Everything is recycled through our yard: reusable pallets are refurbished and resold, damaged ones are rebuilt or dismantled for parts, and the final scrap is ground into mulch and biomass. Nothing goes to a landfill.

Can removal pay me instead of costing me?

It can. If your pile holds sellable pallets, we may apply a buy-back credit — sometimes enough to offset the removal entirely or net you money. Send photos and we'll tell you.

Do you offer recurring removal for busy docks?

Yes — a standing route is the most popular option for manufacturers and distributors. We show up on schedule so pallets never build into a safety or fire-code hazard.

What areas do you cover for removal?

Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana on our regular routes. Ask about your specific location; larger volumes can justify a longer run.
