Request a quote
Tell us the product, the volume, and where you are. You'll get a reply by email.
Who we are
Cincinnati Pallet is a referral service. The site takes requests to buy, sell, recycle, or remove wood pallets in Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana, and passes them to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare quotes and do the work. Cincinnati Pallet does not itself sell, store, or haul pallets.
What the form collects
When you send the quote form, it collects:
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and, if you add it, your company name.
- Request details: the product and service you ask about, quantity, grade, timeframe, your ZIP or postal code, any address details you choose to add, and your message.
- Text message consent: whether you ticked the box agreeing to receive text messages about your request.
- Submission context: the page you sent the form from, how you arrived at the site (such as a referring page or campaign tag), and a timestamp.
We do not knowingly collect information from children.
How your request is used and shared
Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which routes it to one or more partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. Partner suppliers use your details to reply, quote, and arrange delivery, pickup, or removal, and they handle any order under their own terms and privacy practices.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Text messages
If you tick the text message box, a partner supplier may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of getting a quote.
Analytics & cookies
This site is built to run with minimal client-side scripting, and we use no advertising trackers. To understand how the site is used and where it can be improved, we use PostHog, a product-analytics service, which may collect anonymized or aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, general location (derived from IP), device and browser type, and interactions like button clicks.
Analytics like this may set cookies or use similar local storage to distinguish sessions. We use this data in aggregate to understand site performance and behavior patterns — not to build advertising profiles of individuals. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; the site remains usable if you do.
Retention
Request details are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and keep reasonable records, and are then deleted or anonymized. No method of storing or sending data over the internet is perfectly secure, but sensible measures are taken to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the details you sent, ask for them to be corrected or deleted, or ask not to be contacted again. Send the request through the quote form, choose “Other / General Inquiry”, and say what you would like done. You can also reply STOP to any text message, and manage cookies through your browser settings.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change as the site or the law changes. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
