How the loop works
One yard, five stages, zero landfill.
Every service feeds the same closed loop. A pallet we collect on Monday can be repaired, graded, and back on a customer's dock by Friday.
Collect
We pull surplus and broken pallets from your dock on our own removal routes across the tri-state — scheduled, or standing pickups for high-volume sites.
Sort & grade
Every core is triaged at our Este Ave yard: sound units are cleaned and graded, repairable ones head to the bench, and the rest is dismantled for parts.
Repair & rebuild
Damaged pallets are rebuilt on-site with reclaimed lumber. Odd requests go to the fabrication shop to be engineered and built to spec.
Resell & deliver
Inspected recycled, new, and custom pallets go back out on our trucks to the next customer — closing the loop and keeping wood in service.
Grind, never bury
Whatever truly can't be reused becomes reclaimed boards, mulch, or biomass. Zero collected wood goes to landfill — a standard we've kept since 2015.

How do I get started?
Send one request by email — buying, selling, recycling, removal, hauling, or a custom build — with your location and rough volume. We reply within one business day. No phone tag, no sales calls, no phone spam.
How fast can you schedule a pickup or delivery?
Most Greater Cincinnati deliveries and buy-back pickups happen within the same week; many within 1–5 days. Removal and cleanup jobs are scheduled around your dock hours. High-volume sites can set up standing routes.
Do you actually pay for used pallets?
Yes. If your surplus has resale or repair value, we buy it — turning a disposal cost into cash. Even mixed or broken loads have value as parts and biomass, so we can usually haul the whole pile in one visit.
What happens to pallets that can't be reused?
Nothing goes to landfill. Cores that fail inspection are dismantled: good boards feed repairs and custom builds, and the rest is ground into mulch and biomass. We've run zero-landfill since 2015.
What areas do you cover?

Can one company really handle all of this?

Is there a minimum order or volume?
No hard minimum. We handle single custom skids and one-off cleanups as well as recurring truckload programs. Tell us what you've got and we'll scope it.
