How the loop works
Five stages of a pallet's life.
Every service fits somewhere in the same loop, from collection to rebuilt pallets and, at the very end, mulch.
Collect
Surplus and broken pallets are picked up from your dock, once or on a recurring schedule.
Sort & grade
Sound pallets are cleaned and graded, repairable ones are fixed, and the rest is dismantled for parts.
Repair & rebuild
Damaged pallets are rebuilt with reclaimed lumber. Odd sizes are built to spec.
Resell & deliver
Recycled, new, and custom pallets go back out to the next dock, keeping wood in service.
Grind the rest
Whatever truly can't be reused can become reclaimed boards, mulch, or biomass.

How do I get started?
Send one request with the form — buying, selling, recycling, removal, hauling, or a custom build — with your location and rough volume. A partner supplier in our network replies by email.
How fast can a pickup or delivery happen?
It depends on the job and where you are. Put your timeframe on the form and the reply will say what's possible. High-volume sites can ask for a recurring schedule.
Can I get paid for used pallets?
If your surplus has resale or repair value, a partner supplier can make an offer for it. Mixed or broken loads can often be collected in the same pickup.
What happens to pallets that can't be reused?
Pallets that fail inspection can be dismantled: good boards feed repairs and custom builds, and the rest can be ground into mulch and biomass.
What areas are covered?
