Through its partner suppliers you can buy pallets, sell used pallets, ask for delivery in Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana, order custom and heat-treated pallets, and have pallets removed for recycling. Requests go through the form; there's no phone number.

Buying pallets
Ordering recycled, new, or custom pallets, and how it works.
Can anyone buy pallets, or only businesses?
Anyone can send a request, from single-pallet DIY buyers and small builders to warehouses ordering weekly truckloads. There's no membership.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can ask for one pallet or a full truckload. Larger and recurring orders usually cost less per pallet.
Is delivery available?
Delivery is available through partner suppliers. Include your ZIP and ask for a delivered price.
Can I get new pallets too, or only recycled?
Both. Recycled is usually the best value, and new pallets are there when a spec, cleanliness, or export requirement calls for them.

Can I sell my used pallets?
You can ask for an offer from a partner supplier in our network. 48×40 GMA is usually in most demand. Send rough counts with the form, and the partner supplier can reply with a per-pallet price and a pickup window.
What pallets are worth the most?
Standard 48×40 GMA (block or four-way stringer) pallets in reusable condition, because demand is highest. Odd sizes and heavily damaged units are worth less but can still be recycled rather than dumped.
How do I get paid, and how much?
Price is per pallet and depends on size, grade, and quantity. The partner supplier who buys them sets the price and arranges payment with you.
Can I set up recurring pickups for our surplus?
You can ask for a recurring pickup on a set schedule. Availability depends on partner suppliers.

What happens to wood that can't be reused, and how to keep it out of the landfill.
What happens to pallets that can't be reused?
They can be dismantled for good boards and blocks, remanufactured into combo pallets, and only at the very end ground into mulch and biomass.
Can I have broken pallets and pallet piles removed?
Yes. Send the location, access details, and rough volume, and ask for a haul-away for recycling.
Is reusing a pallet really better than recycling it?
Yes. Reuse keeps a pallet doing its job with no remanufacturing energy at all, so reuse and repair come before grinding wood down. Recycling is the last resort, not the first.

What's the difference between Grade A and Grade B pallets?
Grade A (#1) pallets are near-new with minimal repairs; Grade B (#2) have been repaired at least once or show cosmetic wear. Both can carry typical loads; B just costs less. See the Pallet Grades guide for detail.
What size pallet is 'standard'?
In North America the 48×40 GMA footprint is the standard most freight rides on. If you're unsure what you need, describe the load and how it ships in your request.
What's the difference between block and stringer pallets?
Stringer pallets use two-by lumber runners and are typically two- or four-way entry; block pallets use solid blocks and allow true four-way forklift and pallet-jack access. The Block vs. Stringer guide breaks down when to use each.
Can I get a custom or odd-size pallet?
Yes. Ask for custom pallets, skids, and crates from new or reclaimed lumber, built to your load and destination.
Can I get heat-treated (ISPM-15) pallets for export?
Yes. Any pallet leaving the country in solid wood needs ISPM-15 heat treatment and stamp. Mention export when you request a quote.

It depends on the order, where you are, and the partner supplier. Put your timeframe on the form and the reply will say when delivery is possible.
How much does a used pallet cost?
It depends on size, grade, and quantity; a recycled 48×40 usually costs less than a new one. Pricing is by quote from partner suppliers: send a quantity and grade through the form.
How is a quote calculated?
Four levers: volume, grade, condition and size, and delivery. Higher volume and standard sizes usually cost less per unit; custom builds, odd sizes, and long hauls cost more.
